Rebuilding life in transition after major disruption
Dates to be confirmed
Designed for women moving through major life changes, this workshop focuses on rediscovering direction, values, and inner strength during uncertain times. Journalling prompts guide participants to reflect on where they have been, what is shifting, and what they want to create next. It is a space for clarity, grounding, and exploring new possibilities without pressure or expectation.

Writing through unexpected grief and loss
Dates to be confirmed
This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore grief in all its forms, whether related to bereavement, health, relationships, or life as it once was. Using structured journalling exercises, women are supported to express emotions that may feel overwhelming or unspoken.

Self compassion and inner dialogue
Dates to be confirmed
This workshop invites women to explore the way they speak to themselves, especially during periods of stress, illness, or change. Through reflective writing exercises, participants learn to notice their inner critic and gently shift toward a more compassionate and supportive internal voice. The practice of journalling becomes a tool for self-kindness, emotional regulation, and a more nurturing relationship with oneself.
