Reach out

Thinking about counselling but not ready to book a session? You’re welcome to arrange a free 15-minute consultation with me. It’s a chance to tell me a little about what’s bringing you here, ask questions and find out how counselling could support you. You don’t need to have everything worked out before getting in touch.
